How to Request Your Completion Certificate and Digital Badges
When will I receive my certificate? Once you have successfully completed all modules and submitted your final assignment, your completion certificate will be issued. You will receive an email notification when it is ready.
How do I request my certificate? If you have completed your course and have not received your certificate within 10 working days, contact the student support team with your Student ID and the name of the course completed. The team will process your request within 2 working days.
What does the certificate include? Your Formula Botanica completion certificate confirms the course name, the awarding body, and the date of completion. It is suitable for use on your CV, LinkedIn profile, and professional portfolios.
Digital Badges In addition to your certificate, you will receive digital badges for each course completed. These can be shared directly to LinkedIn, downloaded for use on social media, or added to your email signature.
Is the qualification accredited? Formula Botanica qualifications are recognised within the cosmetic formulation industry. Details of accreditation bodies and industry recognition are available on the Formula Botanica website.
I need my certificate urgently for a job application — what should I do? Contact the student support team and let them know the deadline you are working to. The team will do their best to prioritise your request.
