How to Access Your Course on Moodle
Once you have enrolled with Formula Botanica, you will receive a welcome email containing your Moodle login credentials. Use these to access your course materials at any time.
Logging In Visit the Formula Botanica Moodle platform and enter your registered email address and password. If you have not received your login details within 24 hours of enrolling, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
Forgotten Password Click the Forgotten Password link on the Moodle login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Common Access Issues If your course is not appearing after login, try the following steps in order: clear your browser cache and cookies, try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox, try opening the course in an incognito or private browsing window, and ensure you are using the email address you enrolled with.
Supported Browsers Formula Botanica's eLearning platform works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Still Can't Get In? If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact the student support team with your Student ID and a description of the error you are seeing. A member of the team will respond within 2 working days.
