Payments, Enrollment and Course Access FAQ
What payment methods are accepted? Formula Botanica accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payment plans are available on selected diploma courses, allowing you to spread the cost over several monthly instalments.
What happens if my payment fails? If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Your course access will remain active for a short grace period while the payment is resolved. To update your payment details or retry a failed payment, log into your account and visit the billing section.
Will I lose my course access if I miss a payment? Your access will not be removed immediately. You will receive a notification to resolve the outstanding payment. If the issue is not resolved within the grace period, access may be temporarily suspended until payment is confirmed. Your progress and coursework will be saved throughout.
How do I confirm my enrollment? You will receive a confirmation email when your enrollment is complete. You can also verify your enrollment status by logging into your Moodle account. If your course does not appear, contact the student support team with your Student ID.
Can I get a refund? Refund eligibility depends on how far into the course you are and the type of course purchased. Please contact the student support team to discuss your specific situation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.
How do I upgrade to a payment plan? If you would like to switch to a payment plan, contact the admissions team who will advise on the options available for your course.
